Our shipping policy applies to all purchases made by You from Us, whether it is through The Crafty Developer or through a Third-Party website.

UK Shipping Policy
It's important to start by clarifying to customers that Your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
Dependant on the type of item being ordered, orders can be processed from anywhere between 3 to 20 business business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving Your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when Your order has shipped. Please bare in mind, for more complex items (especially custom orders), the processing time may be longer.
Websites are excluded from this policy.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of Your control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
When purchasing on Etsy, RedBubble, and eBay: Shipping charges for Your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When purchasing an item and Your preferred postage option is not available, You can get in touch by emailing us or sending a message through Our Contact Form to discuss Your prefrences.
Local Deliveries
If You offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in Your area, You can dedicate a section of Your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders at or above £30. For orders under £30, We charge £5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made between 10am and 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We will contact You via email with the email address You provided at checkout to notify You on the day of Our arrival.
Local deliveries will only be considered for addresses within a 2 mile radius of Handforth in Cheshire, dependant on the quantity and size of the items purchased. If unsure what You have ordered can be delivered for free locally, then get in touch by sending an email or sending a message through Our Contact Form.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:

- Italy;
- Amsterdam;
- Australia;
- France;
- Germany;
- Poland;
- Norway;
- Sweden.
If You want to send a purchase to an address not listed above, get in touch either by sending an email or a message through Our Contact Form to discuss Your options.

Please Note: The prices, postage options and delivery times will differ from the options shown for deliveries to the United Kingdom. If You wish to discuss Your options, please get in touch either by sending an email or a message through Our Contact Form.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches Your destination country. The Crafty Developer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are Your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When Your order has shipped, You will receive an email notification from Us confirming postage, which will also include a tracking number You can use to check its status (if applicable). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If You haven’t received Your order within the estimated delivery date of Your order, please contact us at email with Your name and order number, and We will look into it for You.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If the chosen delivery option cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, We will get in touch with You with the email provided in Your order to discuss alternative options.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If You are unhappy with Your purchase, You can visit Our Returns and Refunds page for an explanation on Our returns and refunds policy.
We accept returns up to 12 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that Your order arrives damaged in any way, please email Us as soon as possible at email with Your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try Our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
